Cottey MD Variable Angle Locking Plate System
Traditional locking plating system maximise fracture stability through pre-determined screw trajectories and precise plate position on bone. This enhances stability, however, it also comes at the price of reduced intraoperative versatility in respect to plate and screw placement.
Cottey MD Variable Angle Locking Plate System, on the other hand, approaches the same goal, while also allowing the surgeon freedom to choose the screw trajectory. Locking screws can be angled through the plate holes up to 15° in any direction and require no additional implants or procedural steps to ensure definitive locking.
Cottey MD Variable Angle Locking Plate System combines the benefits of both fixed angle and polyaxial locking plating concepts.
A full range of plates and screws can address all kinds of fractures from the upper limbs to lower limbs.
